Compassionate Angels Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to provide personal care and supportive services to individuals in a community-based setting.
Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, toileting, activities of daily living, supervision, activities, community participation, meal support, and required daily documentation.
Requirements: Candidates must be reliable, professional, comfortable providing hands-on personal care, able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, and able to complete required documentation.

Application Question(s):
- Are you comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including toileting and brief/diaper changes, when needed?
- Do you have at least 1 year of professional, hands-on caregiving experience providing personal care to adults with developmental disabilities, including assistance with toileting, brief/diaper changes, hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living (ADLs)?
- Are you able to reliably report to scheduled shifts and complete all required background checks, training, documentation, and credentialing before beginning an assignment?
- Are you able to reliably commute to Claremont, CA 91711 for 6-hour shifts, 8:00am to 2:00pm?
