Description:

The Marketing Operations Manager will be the go-to operations person for the marketing team and work closely with the GTM operations team. This person will be the admin for our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and responsible for the connection and optimization of the rest of the marketing tech stack. You will also have a passion for enabling marketing and sales teams with actionable insights and reports that ultimately lead to revenue growth.

This is a senior individual contributor role that will be key for enabling the marketing team with data to make decisions to increase revenue. This includes attribution, campaign influence, funnel trends, forecasting, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive efforts to integrate external marketing tools, internal product data, MAPs, customer relationship management systems, customer data platforms, etc. which will optimize capabilities across demand generation, customer marketing, and sales
  • Lead marketing metrics roadmap: Collect requirements, build out a metrics program to demonstrate marketing impact across channels
  • Ensure key marketing metrics, tracking, and reporting/measurement requirements are considered to improve business impact and value.
  • Drive lead management and optimization of marketing operations
  • Partner with other operations, marketing and sales stakeholders to improve data hygiene, processes, metrics, and technologies
  • Build reports and dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and Marketo to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and the ROI of marketing investments
  • Marketing Attribution: verify attribution tracking on website and landing pages is set up appropriately. Manage, update, and oversee multi-touch marketing attribution reporting and ROI, making recommendations on optimization and alignment.
  • Project management: Lead various marketing related projects and ensure they are delivered successfully and on time.

  • Improve the internal functional capabilities of existing tools and Amperity products and define logical integrations between them
  • Partner with operations to improve data hygiene, processes, metrics, and technologies
  • Build reports and dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and Marketo to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and the ROI of marketing investments
  • Attribution: Verify attribution tracking on website and landing pages is set up appropriately. Manage, update, and oversee multi-touch marketing attribution reporting and ROI, making recommendations on optimization and alignment.
  • Project management: Lead various marketing related projects and ensure they are delivered successfully and on time.

Experience:

  • 5+ years working with Marketo
  • 3+ years admin level execution in Marketo
  • 3+ years working marketing ops role using various tools (Salesforce, Drift, Zoom Webinar, Drift, Clearbit, Segment, Intercom)
  • Marketo Certification Required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferred
  • Experienced with B2B SaaS marketing/operations
  • Ability to independently evaluate marketing automation plans and processes, and recommend process improvements
