About the Role:
Anthem Country Club is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being an essential part of a professional culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, kitchen, and back dock
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and sinks
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and kitchen deep-cleaning duties
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep or setup as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies in compliance with health standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive and dependable work ethic
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:
Full-time available. Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm Weekend and evening availability required.
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
