Position Title: Floorperson (Level 3) – 2nd shift
Department: Manufacturing
Hours: 3:00 p.m. – shift end (hours may vary)
Schedule: Monday – Friday + Saturdays
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium = $22.00/hr
Location: Holland, Michigan

Essential Responsibilities:
As a floorperson, you will play a key role in our production process by ensuring efficiency and precision throughout the manufacturing line. Your primary duties include:
Setting up and tearing down line equipment based on daily production needs
Operating and setting up a variety of machines
Maintaining product weights in accordance with written specifications
Keeping the production line stocked with necessary raw materials (e.g., noodles, peppers, sauce, pans, etc.)
Accurately completing production paperwork, including skid tickets
Counting and tracking ingredients and supplies brought to the line
Following all safety and housekeeping procedures
Performing additional tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications:
One to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Physical Demands:
This role requires a high level of physical activity, including:
Extensive walking and standing
Repetitive motion (hands/wrists)
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Bending, twisting, and stooping
Work Environment:
Cold and dry conditions
Wet conditions (may vary)
