Core Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, tracking and organizing various facilities operations data.
- Candidate will have frequent interaction with internal and external customers and outside agencies.
- Candidate is also responsible for compliance with all applicable corporate policies and for meeting timeframes and deadlines.
- Major duties will include but are not limited to the timely payment and tracking of vendor requisitions and invoices using Oracle.
- The candidate will be responsible for verifying line item accuracy and ensuring documents are verified against purchase orders, vendor releases, invoices, etc.
- The candidate’s responsibilities will also include viewing/managing tasks and requests in work order system (LEMS), organizing and maintaining associated documentation.
- The candidate is also responsible for word processing, record keeping, document filing/archiving with Iron Mountain, as well as managing Iron Mountain supplies (i.e. ordering boxes, labels, lids, etc.).
- Manage vehicle uploads into vendor system, reviewing vehicle violations and coordinating with vendor regarding discrepancies.
- Review and track vehicle violation mailings for follow up with vendor.
- Assist with monthly reports and import data extract into existing files.
- Input vehicle violations into SHIMS.
- Provide support with fuel and parking vendor requests.

- High School Diploma/GED
