As an administrative assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple Directors/Executive level individuals and their groups – all primarily focused on Commercial and Industrial applications. You will manage confidential and sensitive information with care and have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, share ideas with others and explore creative solutions to make a positive, lasting impact. This onsite position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity to work from home once a week.
Department Support
- Provides support to Director and/or Executives in attaining department objectives and proactively identifies and resolves department needs.
- Organizes and schedules appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Makes travel arrangements.
- Schedules and assists in the logistics of events and meetings and participates as required – specifically related to internal meetings, larger sales initiatives, and activities related to the Epson Tour LPGA events.
- Assists in budget/invoicing activities and creates regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Assists Marketing Operations Manager on tasks to ensure process is being followed by internal stakeholders.
- Resolves external customer issues in a timely and thorough manner, escalates issues to management as appropriate.
What You Will Bring
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and external partners.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks will ensure efficient workflow and office management.
- Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is crucial in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Moderate proficiency in Microsoft 356 – specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with online project management tools (Asana, Miro, Figma) is plus.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving issues and improving office processes.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in work output.
- Education: Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2 year program).
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $57,258 and $78,730. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
