Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance & Upkeep of Critical Equipment’s to ensure continuity of Business
· Maintenance of office premises and equipment’s to ensure continuity of business.
· Ensure timely Preventive Maintenance of all the Critical Equipment’s e.g. Aircon, UPS, Fire Detection systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Access Control and CCTV Systems at Office Premises
· Plan & execute Annual Maintenance shut-down across all locations of ISPL
· Plan and ensure availability of Critical spares/ Electrical consumables in office premise.
· Implement various checklists for the equipment’s.
· Implement best practices in the industry to ensure satisfactory quality of services.
· Maintain up to date records of all the Permissions, As-Built Drawings, Maintenance & Operations Manuals of various installations across various offices
· Tracking of Warranty / AMC expiry dates of various installations across various offices
· Prepare periodic reports & MIS
Supervision & Liaison
· Supervision & Controlling of Facility Management Team working in shifts.
· Ensuring appropriate attendance & deployment of the resources provided by the Facilities Management agency.
· Liaise and coordinate with various Agencies, Vendors and internal teams
· Liaise with Building Management Team for ensuring continuity of services.
· Point of contact for various inspections / audits carried out by the Government agencies.
· Coordinate with Service Providers, Suppliers to ensure quality of Services
· Tracking, Verification and timely processing of vendor bills to ensure continuity of Services
· Provide necessary assistance/ guidance to Procurement Team for procurement of Material or Service.
· Periodic meetings with various Vendors/ Services providers for review of quality of services
Project Management / Refurbishments
· Support in Planning & execution of new fit out projects / Refurbishments works across various offices.
· Study & validate the recommendations given by various Technical consultants for new project or refurbishment works
· Study the Technical installations, track and ensure timely replacements of old installations / spares etc. to avoid any disruptions to Business.
· Suggest any changes / alterations for improving the efficiency
Control & Compliance
· Identify and implement appropriate Controls in various activities and functions
· Track expiry dates of all the Annual maintenance contracts, Permissions/ Licenses etc. related to the Facilities function and ensure timely renewal.
Ensure Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
Maintain appropriate records / documentation for audit trail.
Cost Savings & Control
· Implement & monitor Energy Savings initiatives at Infinity Mumbai location.
· Keeping track of the expenses on month on month basis
· Bring in new cost savings and cost control initiatives
· Highlight any major deviations to the seniors for timely action

Qualification and Work Experience
Diploma / Graduate (Electrical Engineering)
Overall 10 to 12 Years’ experience in Admin & Facilities Function.
Good Communication Skills
Good Computer Skills (MS Office)
Basic Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical installations under purview of Admin function
